The Financial Analyst will provide direct support for all FP&A efforts as assigned by the Director of FP&A, including financial and business analysis, annual planning, preparing reports and assisting with close processes. The role will cover corporate consolidation reporting, thus will interact with all levels of employees.

Primary tasks include:

• Month end financial summary report
• Consolidated fluctuation analysis on revenue and margin
• Monthly operating review package
• Assistance with quarterly board reporting
• Daily and weekly operational reports on orders, invoices, R&D and revised forecasts
• Assistance with annual budget process

To succeed in this position, you must:

• BS in Business Administration, Finance and/or Accounting preferred
• 1-3 years experience as a Financial Analyst
• Highly financially literate
• Superior attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under tight time constraints, and multi-task on various projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with, or can quickly become familiar with, the companys operations and strategy
• Takes a proactive approach, is energetic and works with a sense of urgency
• Develops effective working relationships with all levels, functions and operations of the company
• Focused on continuous improvement of processes
• Must have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong communication skills with ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident
